Train Like A Champion Clinic - January 2015

We are happy to announce that Sporsci Tennis Academy has secured world renowned Coach and Trainer Allistair McCaw to run a 3.5hour clinic during the Australian Open January 2015.

This is an exclusive opportunity to be trained by one of the best coaches and trainers in the world.

ABOUT THE CLINIC:
‘Train like a champion clinic’ is an innovative 3.5 hour on-court workout for boys and girls ages 8+. Participants are taken through a series of workouts with Allistair. These include pre & post preparation routines, prehab, core, movement & footwork routines.

8.00am – 11.30am/12.00pm

TBC – Hillside Tennis Club (unconfirmed)

COST:
Approx $60.00 which includes a McCaw Method Kids and Adults Dryfit Performance T-Shirt (Same shirt his athletes train in).

SO WHO IS ALLISTAIR?
Allistair is an internationally renowned leader in athletic performance and performance coaching. He is set the standard for providing world class athletes and coaches with cutting edge training techniques. He is the trainer/coach to four world number 1’s, five World Champions, nine Grand Slam winners, two PGA Tour winners & six Olympians.

His expertise is in movement & agility training that has seen him in demand by professional tennis players and olympians.

The clinic will be an incite into players being able to prepare and improve there athletic performance. The benefit is, this clinic will benefit players in ALL SPORTS.
